The restaurant here was reasonably priced for dinner and breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. We had a lovely view of the Parramatta skyline and an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was conveniently located in a great area.

well-kept place all in all, has highly efficient staff with the service from every staff member. i have stayed in the standard double room with bath tub. the hotel has the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Views are not so great.

Beautifully kept and fully equipped hotel and conveniently located easy to get to from airport via public transport. Brand-new and fashionable units with a large desk for working. Comfy location to a multi-purpose stadium. Next to shopping center and football stadium, and Close to shops.

I checked in late and ran into a staff member who seemed like he was auditioning for a comedy show—definitely not ready for my charming Australian ways. the air conditioning had a mind of its own, but the manager switched my room without a fuss. I enjoyed the pool after chasing my daughter around the local cafes, though the beds felt like they were made for a rock band. It was handy being near Little India; my taste buds had a great time!

Everyone friend and accomodating. Accommodation is in a great spot that is convenient to rail transport to get all over the city.

There was hair on shower curtain but would have been easily missed by cleaner.

The en-suite room was spacious, with enough storage space for a fortnight's family of 4. Different thickness of pillows identified.. Free coffee in Nesspreso every day in the room (4 capsules and milk). It had a kettle and USB plugs . Hairdryer and iron in the room . Two tv's.. In the bathroom, toiletries and face towels. Apart from the rest. The comfortable lobby with space to sit down and have a drink. It had very complete tourist information. We had breakfast included and it was very good, a lot of variety of meals. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. . In the swimming pool there was a hot Jacuzzi. As it was a long stay, they gave us a very nice Australian towel. And they thanked us for the stay.

Carpet in the room, one day we found a little cockroach in the bathtub.. The bathtub is difficult to access, very high and not very useful for children . The pool is very small and only sun in the morning. Near the subway but far from the center of the city.

The hotel is immaculately clean and offers a magnificent view of the Parramatta skyline. Its central location near a train station makes it very convenient. It is also just 1 km from the Entrance Town Centre. the restaurant provides lovely dining options for both dinner and breakfast, making it a great choice for Easter.
